NHCA Centers Take Steps to Prevent COVID-19
The COVID-19 outbreak is a rapidly evolving situation. Our team of health care professionals are evaluating this situation in real-time and remain under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local and state officials.
WE CARE Family Communication Plan
We are proud to announce the launch of our new communication tool as part of our WE CARE Family Communication Plan. In our ongoing efforts to provide residents and their families with peace of mind, particularly during this challenging time, this tool will allow us to quickly and easily send important messages and updates via text and email.
To enroll, simply make sure our Center has your correct contact information on file.
Until further notice, visits to our Center are restricted as part of a nationwide effort to stem the exposure of COVID-19. This measure applies to all visitors, except in situations such as end-of-life care.
During this challenging time, we care that you stay connected with your loved one. While the comfort you bring cannot be shown in person, our Center is equipped to allow you and your loved one to enjoy virtual visits. Virtual visits can be arranged by contacting our Center directly.
